Ya están apareciendo las primeras ideas para el desarrollo de Mozilla Thunderbird 3, entre los cambios está el anunciado “responsable final” del desarrollo y gestion del proyecto, una subsidiaria de Mozilla (una hija) llamada Mozilla Messaging, Inc.
